A skillet of goodness
Grated Japanese sweet potatoes, green onions, white and red onions
a dash of salt, a sprinkle of garlic powder, and a smigon of cayenne pepper
all melded together in the heat.
Add some beautifully fermented veggies
Maybe even top that salad with the Skillet Goodness and the fantastically fermented friends
Then, if you're feeling wild and crazy, as I was,
top all that mess with more mess!
How about nutritional yeast and tahini?
I promise, promise, promise you, your taste buds will thank you.
What a beautiful mess.
And if you want to kick the meal up a notch, how about throwing some random refrigerator items in...
Same as above:
Grated Japanese sweet potatoes, green onions, white and red onions
a dash of salt, a sprinkle of garlic powder, and a smigon of cayenne pepper
WITH soaked and cooked black beans and chickpeas (that are died from beating soaked with the black beans) and red bell peppers.
Assemble the plate as you wish (with fermented Kim Chee, of course)
Random post for Hump Day.
See ya tomorrow!
