Onto the eats!
Since I'm participating in some liquid adventures, obviously I made meals of juice yesterday. Compliments of Cafe Gratitude, I sipped on some "I Am Thankful" Coconut Curry Soup. Um, it was delicious. You can get the recipe here but you can see the dish here:
I see you, coconut, hiding behind that big glass...
And into the blender went coconut milk, spices, and love.

The following is a fact
Fresh coconut water + fresh coconut meat = amazingness in my mouth (is that what she said?)
I'm done being inappropriate for the day.

AM: 8 oz hot water with lemon and lime juice
AM /PM: Basil & Berries Smoothie
PM: Blended Salad
PM: Coconut Curry Soup (above)

I don't follow any program.. I've developed my own! LOL.
And no, you don't need a lot of meat to build muscle. You should aim for about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight- you could easily reach this with dairy, fish, nut butters, etc.

all this looks amazing, Lori, and i have never in my life juice fasted (or feasted) so i give you major props!!!!
That looks amazing! The most I've ever done is a 3-day juice feast and I certainly think it's nothin to sneeze at. :)
